Number 18: Auburn Tigers

The Auburn Tigers moved up one spot in this weeks rankings after going 3-1. This moved their overall record to 12-3.

Last week, the Tigers began their week with an 8-4 victory over Air Force. Over the weekend, Auburn hosted Austin Peay and won two out of three against them.

Cooper McMurray has been the best hitter in the Auburn lineup this year. Through 15 games, McMurray has a batting average of .367 with five home runs and 21 runs batted in. He also has an OPS of 1.298, which includes a .522 on-base percentage and a slugging percentage of .776.

Carson Myers has been the best pitcher for the Tigers this season. Through four starts, Myers has an earned run average of 3.63 in 17.1 innings pitched with 13 strikeouts.

This week, Auburn hosts Troy in their midweek matchup and then travel to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt for their weekend series.
