Spring Practice Stand Outs to Watch for in Saturday Spring Games Across the SEC

Spring time is upon us, which means the college football technically starts with a full round of spring games this Saturday. In this article, I identify some players for several SEC teams that have gotten alot of talk early in spring practice that could be good to keep your eyes on on Saturday and in 2024.

WR, Kyren Lacy (LSU)

While quarteback Garrett Nussmeier may be the first one that comes to mind, Kyren Lacy is actually stealing the show at the wide receiver position for the LSU Tigers.

In an episode of LockedOn LSU, Host Caroline Fenton goes into detail on her thoughts of Brian Kelly's words on Lacy during a recent press conference.

In the press conference, Kelly stated, "he (Lacy) was easily distracted at times (before)," Kelly said. What has happened here more than anything else is he has found the right zone to be in as it relates to practicing a preparation."

For a school with a long list of successful receivers like Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, Justin Jefferson and Malik Nabers, Tigers fans are always looking for the next top receiver. And his name looks like it may be Kyren Lacy
