Jahleel Billingsly (Tight End)

Billingsley is another player that showed great promise for the Tide early on in his career in Tuscaloosa. During his sophomore season, Billingsley would give Tide fans what they hoped was a small sample size of what was to come catching 18 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns. His production his junior year was nearly the same however, and he would transfer to the Texas Longhorns for the 2022 season.

Billingsley only appeared in four games in 2022 for the Longhorns, catching three passes for 38 yards. Yahoo Sports reported in November, 2022 that Billingsley was no longer with the Texas program.

After leaving the Longhorns, Billingsley opted to forgo his final two years of eligibility and declare for the 2023 NFL Draft. He would go undrafted. Billingsley has seen brief stints in the CFL and, XFL and UFL the past two years.

While these are the top ten, there are several more that maybe were not going to be as prominent, but could have been key role players with the tide such as Aaron Anderson, JoJo Earle, Christian Leary and Taulia Tagovailoa.
