Auburn vs. Alabama, 2013 – When a game is given a nickname, you know it was a good one. The “kick six” between the in-state Auburn Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide was just that in 2013. The game was back and forth and won on the last play of the game when Auburn cornerback, Chris Davis was back deep in case Alabama’s field goal attempt fell short.

And the field goal did just that. With the kick falling about a yard short of the back of the end zone, it allowed Davis the opportunity to run it out. He would return the kick 109 yards to seal the victory for the Tigers 34-28.

Key players in the game for the Auburn Tigers included Nick Marshall, Tre Mason, Sammie Coates and Chris Davis.

Key players in the game for the Alabama Crimson Tide included  AJ McCarron, TJ Yeldon and Amari Cooper.
