After weeks of buildup leading week 9 (what was supposed to be one of the Southeastern Conference’s most competitive weekends), fans were left with nothing but blowouts and new faces.

Kentucky continues to look like garbage against SEC opponents, Vanderbilt was shutout by a non-conference opponent and Texas A&M gave a true freshman the nod at quarterback.
Certain teams are trending in the right direction, though, as Ole Miss, Florida and Tennessee all look to make a late season push to prove their worth in the SEC football landscape.
Let’s take a look and see which teams and individuals stepped up to help their teams in week 9 and who made some big mistakes. Cough, Georgia, cough.
