Spring ball is coming to a close, with the last games rolling out on April 29. And as it does, everyone’s eyes are on who looks to have the best setup for 2017.

It’s no surprise that Alabama has the SEC and frankly the whole college football world talking, roping in 16 early enrollees this season.

Will they ever slow down?

Here’s a look at some new additions to the Tide’s offense:

Najee Harris, Running Back

Najee Harris landed in Tuscaloosa, despite rumors that he was going to flip to Michigan. The California native running back received a total of 18 offers but ultimately decided to go with the SEC’s best. In his high school career, he racked up 7,948 rushing yards, 438 receiving yards and 94 rushing touchdowns.

Alex Leatherwood, Offensive Tackle

Alex Leatherwood stands as the No. 1 offensive tackle in his home state of Florida and the No. 4 player overall on the national spectrum, according to 247Sports. He has definitely made his presence known, with many reports coming from Bama’s spring practice speculating he is a strong contender for a starting spot next year.

Jerry Jeudy, Wide Receiver

After receiving a whopping 33 offers, Jerry Jeudy ultimately couldn’t resist the dominance that is Alabama. In 2015, Jeudy recorded 41 receptions, 496 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. According to 247Sports, Jeudy ranked as the no. 3 wide receiver recruit of 2017.

Tua Tagovailoa, Dual-Threat Quarterback

Tua Tagovailoa was the top dual-threat quarterback in 2017 according to 247Sports. Last year, Tagovailoa recorded 2,669 passing yards, 27 passing touchdowns, 727 rushing yards, and 8 rushing touchdowns.

Tyrell Shavers, Wide Receiver

Tyrell Shavers landed No. 12 on the top wide receiver recruits of 2017 raking in 27 offers, according to 247Sports. In 2016, Shavers recorded 27 receptions, 397 receiving yards, seven receiving touchdowns and 277 rushing yards.

Brian Robinson, Running Back

Receiving 10 offers, 247Sports put Robinson in the no. 8 spot on the list of top running back recruits of 2017. In 2016, Brian Robinson recorded 990 rushing yards, 18 rushing touchdowns, 302 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.

Elliot Baker, Offensive Tackle

Elliot Baker came from City College of San Francisco and was the top ranked JUCO offensive tackle prospect in 2017. According to Fox Sports, Baker wasn’t recruited out of high school. But by 2016, he was heavily recruited receiving offers from LSU, Georgia, Texas A&M, Louisville and Oregon to name a few.

Mac Jones, Pro-Style Quarterback

247Sports ranked Mac Jones as the No. 12 on the pro-style quarterback of 2017. Jones originally committed to Kentucky in 2015 but flipped to the Tide in 2016. Making the Elite 11 Finals, Mac landed the 38th spot for top recruits in his home state of Florida, according to 247Sports.

Major Tennison, Tight End

According to 247Sports, Major Tennison was the No. 9 tight end recruit of 2017. In 2015, Tennison recorded 541 receiving yards, 24 receptions and seven receiving touchdowns.

Chadarius Townsend, Athlete

247Sports sticks Chadarius Townsend at the no. 6 spot of top athlete recruits of 2017. Chadarius received five offers out of high school. Though he was a dual-threat quarterback in high school, Townsend appears as a dynamic asset to the Tide that could end up on either side of the ball.
