There’s never been a 16-seed over 1-seed upset in the NCAA Tournament, and Kentucky was going to make sure they didn’t become the first victim.

There isn’t a lot to say about this game, other than Hampton put up a valiant effort, but were simply no match for the undefeated — now 35-0 — Kentucky Wildcats, who used what looked to be a minimal effort to dispatch of the Pirates.

But knowing Kentucky coach John Calipari, he’ll have plenty of things to pick out in the film study, as Kentucky prepares for their next game against a dangerous No. 8 seed Cincinnati Bearcats team in the round of 32.
