Prediction
Alabama has won four straight in this rivalry, starting with the 2012 BCS national championship game and ending with the 20-13 overtime thriller last year in Baton Rouge.
Notice I said ending — because that’s exactly what’s going to happen to Bama’s winning streak against LSU this Saturday.
The Crimson Tide’s defense is better than the Tigers’ — nobody’s arguing that. But LSU’s offense is far more productive than Alabama’s. It is so productive, in fact, that it shouldn’t have too many issues scoring points against Nick Saban’s group (reference the 43 points Ole Miss hung on the Tide in Week 3).

Harris has come a long way into developing into a reliable pocket passer and he has some exceptional wide receiver weapons in Travin Dural and Malachi Dupre. Not to mention, the Tigers boast the best player in college football to date at running back.
It’ll be close through three quarters, but LSU will pull away in the fourth; a late touchdown from Alabama will make the score look more respectable.
