SEC football fans enjoyed a dominant bowl season to cap the 2015 college football season, but which of those performances was the most impressive?

Over half the fans in the SEC are sitting happy with how bowl season went for SEC football fans this year.  That is what 8 wins will do for you in a conference of 14 teams (I know you see me doing math and stuff).  But which SEC football team put on the most impressive performance in their bowl game?

I’ve said I think it was Alabama in dominating Michigan State.  I’ve also heard from a few of you that I’m wrong because Michigan State was overrated, should have lost to Michigan and therefore *insert your team here* was more impressive against *your team’s opponent here* you big, dumb, babbling idiot.

It’s ok.  I can handle it keyboard warriors.

But thankfully when Al Gore “invented the internet” we eventually came up with a way to settle such controversies.  Although I’m showing my age with that joke, the point remains the same.  We can all come to a place (this site) and vote on it.

Was Alabama’s dismantling of Michigan State the most dominant performance of SEC football during bowl season?  That is where I’m casting my vote.

Do you think Hugh Freeze’s infomercial about how much fun it is to play at Ole Miss while whipping Oklahoma State appeal to you more?  Click the circle for the Rebs.

Maybe you think Tennessee destroying a Northwestern team that many thought deserved a New Year’s Six bowl is even more impressive.  There’s a spot for Tennessee too.

Georgia beat Penn State without a coaching staff.  That still sticks out to me and deserves a mention.

If you need a quick recap of the games, complete with links to the box score, I’ve got you covered here.

After you’ve done your research (or not), cast your vote here and be sure to check back when the poll closes (January 14) to see who Southbound and Down Readers gave the nod to for most impressive bowl performance.

I’ll even include every team that won in the poll so you can show your bias if you choose.  I know you’re better than that, though.  Just remember, the question isn’t about which team is best.  The question is about which bowl performance is most impressive.
