Jalen Tabor Suspended Indefinitely
Bad news for Florida Gator fans today, as star cornerback Jalen Tabor has been suspended indefinitely for fighting with teammate C’yontai Lewis during Tuesday’s practice. Lewis has also been suspended. Both players will miss the remainder of Fall Camp, as well as Florida’s opening game against UMASS.

The fact of the matter is that neither player will be missed against UMASS. The Gators will win easily without them. They also wouldn’t be missed against Kentucky or North Texas the following weeks. However, on September 24th the Gators head to Knoxville to take on the Tennessee Volunteers in what should be a pivotal SEC East showdown. The Gators will want to have all hands on deck for that one.
"“We will not look the other way when it comes to breaking of team policies,” McElwain said."
Tabor is expected to have a big season this year. He finally has a chance to prove that he has what it takes to be a number one corner. But if he can’t stay on the field, he will find that an extremely difficult task.
