Best SEC In-Conference Games 2016: Number 10, South Carolina at Vanderbilt
Yesterday we took a look at the best out of conference games involving SEC teams this season. Today we will begin to take a look at the 10 best in-conference games in the SEC this year. Included on this list are rivalry games, as well as games that will impact the division, conference, and national title races. We will start with number 10 and work our way all the way down to one. I’ve decided rather than make one big post, I’ll make 10 individual ones. That way each game gets analyzed a little more thoroughly. We will begin with South Carolina at Vanderbilt. Off we go!

10. South Carolina at Vanderbilt
When: Thursday, September 1st, 7pm. CT
Where: Vanderbilt Stadium, Nashville, TN
How to Watch: ESPN
Why it’s on the List: It’s the 1st SEC game of the season!
SEC football is almost here, and it begins with a Thursday night clash between South Carolina and Vanderbilt. Neither team is a threat to win the East division, nor are they rivals. However, this game will be important for each team. It’s likely that only one of these teams, at most, goes to a bowl this season. If they plan to go bowling, each team likely needs a win in this early season game.
