2. Can Georgia Beat Ole Miss?

Georgia and Ole Miss are opposites of one another. Georgia is 3-0 but has looked thoroughly unimpressive in two of those three wins. The near loss to Nicholls was particularly damaging to Georgia’s resume. Ole Miss, on the other hand, is sitting at 1-2. But the Rebels have looked good in both of their two losses before fading in the second half. So can Georgia’s luck hold?

I don’t think so. Chad Kelly is going to pick the Bulldog defense apart. And the Bulldog offense won’t be able to keep pace with their counterparts from Oxford. Nick Chubb will have the privilege of running into a stacked box all game long. Jacob Eason will have the opportunity to beat a banged up Ole Miss secondary. Can he do it? Time will tell.

If Georgia pulls out a victory however, they will have added a very impressive win to their questionable resume. Ole Miss, meanwhile, needs this win desperately. They can’t afford to drop a second conference game if they want to have even the faintest shot at an SEC West title. Expect the Rebels to throw everything they’ve got at the Dawgs this week. I expect the Rebels will come up with a win at home.
