Ole Miss

4-8 (0-8)

Ole Miss enters this season with huge question marks surrounding their program. They might be approaching every regular season game this season like it’s a bowl game, but I don’t think it’s going to make much of a difference.

Shea Patterson looks like a star in the making, and when you watch him play you have to do a double-take just to make sure you’re not watching Johnny Manziel. I’m not saying he’s going to have the same sort of production as Johnny Football, but the two certainly have a lot of similarities.

When I look at Ole Miss’s 2017 schedule, it’s difficult for me to pick them to beat anyone, so I didn’t. I would imagine they’ll breakthrough and get at least one conference win, but I just couldn’t pick it. Vanderbilt is the most likely pick, but the Commodores looked pretty good against the Rebels last season. It could be a long season in Oxford, Miss.
