Chris Jones-Defensive Tackle

Jones was an incredibly strong player for the Bulldogs, anchoring the defensive line, but no one could have imagined the player he would become in the NFL. Selected by Kansas City n the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, ones steadily improved his first two seasons before exploding for 15.5 sacks in 2018.

Since then, Jones became the most dominant defensive lineman outside of Aaaron Donald, including nearly single-handily wrecking the Bengals in the 2023 AFC Championship game. Following the 2023 season, he signed a 5-year, $158.75 deal to become the highest paid DT in NFL history (average annual value)
