Preston Smith-Defensive End

As one can see, the 2014 defensive line was absolutely stacked. Smith, a 2014 All-SEC collection, was selected by the Washington Commanders (then Redskins) in the second round of the 2015 NFL draft. As a rookie, Smith hit the ground running, finishing his first season with 8 sacks and 3 forced fumbles.

In four seasons with Washington, Smith totaled 24.5 sacks and four forced fumbles. Following the 2018 season, he signed with Green Bay and had a career best year with 12 sacks, and has been a consistent edge prescence since. Smith signed a four-year $52.5 million dollar extension in 2022
