ESPN Dumps Mark May Hires Galloway and Kanell for Game Day Final
SEC fans worst nightmare has come true. As you all know, Lou Holtz retired from College Game Day Final and host Rece Davis has moved on to the hosting duties on College Game Day taking the place of Chris Fowler.

Fowler will be announcing games as he did last year. Well, another main stay of the show, Mark May, has been dumped by ESPN in favor of Danny Kanell and Joey Galloway; YIKES!
Kanell a Florida State grad and Galloway, an Ohio State grad, are not exactly fan favorites especially in the SEC.
Most of these guys spent most of last college football season bashing the SEC every chance they got in favor FSU and OSU especially Kanell.
Every chance he got last season, Kanell would troll the SEC on Twitter a lot.
Louisville would sweep the SEC East too. Just FYI.
Galloway didn’t win friends over either when he bashed Alabama last year calling out the 2014 Crimson Tide
“Alabama is the most overrated team in college football” –@Joey_Galloway#CFBLIVE on @ESPNU
This wasn’t after the Ohio State game folks, this was September 1st 2014.
There is no love lost between Kanell and Galloway SEC fans. As one Birmingham talk show host put it:
I’ve got to give it to ESPN. I didn’t think it possible to make the Holtz-May scoreboard show worse but Kanell-Galloway may take the prize
Truer words have never been spoken.
