12. LSU Tigers

Previous Ranking: 12

LSU (12-9 overall, 1-7 in SEC) remains at the No. 12 spot this week, as the Tigers simply continue to struggle on the court. The Tigers once again dropped both contests this past week at Arkansas, 60-40, as well as at home against Texas Tech on Saturday, 76-68, with LSU’s losing streak now sitting at eight consecutive games dating back to January 3.

The Tigers schedule does not get any easier this week either, which will begin Wednesday night with a trip to Missouri. LSU will then finish the week at home as the Tigers welcome Alabama to Baton Rouge.

11. Vanderbilt Commodores

Previous Ranking: 11

Vanderbilt also remains put this week at No. 11, with the Commodores now sitting a game below .500 at 10-11 overall, as well as 3-5 in the SEC. The Commodores are coming off an 0-2 week in SEC play, one that included a 69-53 defeat to Kentucky on Tuesday, as well as falling on the road at Texas A&M on Saturday, 72-66.

Vanderbilt will now travel to Tuscaloosa for a showdown with Alabama on Tuesday night, whom the Commodores previously fell to January 17, 78-66. The Commodores will also host Ole Miss on Saturday in Nashville.
